Why Use Multi Angle Tips on Valve Seats?

Using 3 angle cutter tips on Serdi, Newen, RVR ETC cylinder head machines along with the correct size carbide pilot speeds up valve seat cutting and increases accuracy which can cut out or reduce time stoning the seat. (The pilot size is critical).
We sell a range of Newen cutter tips from standard through to high performance with radius angles ETC.
We also make our own range of carbide pilots from 3.98mm – 9.50mm or larger on special order if required. Tips can also be ground to your special requirements.
